Commercial Development Authority
The Jacksonville Commercial Development Authority (CDA) partners with the City of Jacksonville to create economic opportunities that expand the tax base of our community.
CDA Purpose:
- Promote retention and growth of existing businesses.
- Seek out commercial development opportunities to further Jacksonville’s economic stability.
- Be a resource for existing and prospective businesses in the City of Jacksonville.
- Maintain a business environment which allows growth and success of commercial enterprises.
Meetings
Meetings are the 2nd Thursday of each month at 5:30 P.M. at the Public Safety Complex: 911 Public Safety Drive.
Membership
The CDA has five members which are appointed by the Jacksonville City Council to staggered four-year terms.
