2024 Summer Day Camp
Package Rate Information
Ages 5* to 12 (5* year olds must have completed 5K and be ready to enter 1st grade – proof required)
Registration fee*: $10 per child / $7 for each additional child in same family
Full Summer Package:
***Registration fee waived with full summer package***
$600 per child / $450 for each additional child in same family
(cost breakdown = $12 per day / $9 for each additional child in same family)
Session 1 Package (May 28 - June 31) *23 days:
$300 per child / $230 for each additional child in same family
(cost breakdown = $13 per day / $10 for each additional child in same family)
Session 2 Package (July 1 = August 7) *26 days:
$340 per child / $260 for each additional child in same family
(cost breakdown = $13 per day / $10 for each additional child in same family)
2 Week Package (does not have to be consecutive weeks):
$150 per child / $120 for each additional child in same family
(cost breakdown = $15 per day / $12 for each additional child in same family)
Weekly Package*:
$80 per child / $65 for each additional child in same family
(cost breakdown = $16 per day / $13 for each additional child in same family)
*prorated weeks (camp meets 4 days) = May 28- May 31 / June 17-21 / July 1-5 = $64/$52
*prorated week (camp meets 3 days) = August 5 – 7 = $32 / $26

Summer Day Camp Dates: May 28 – August 7
(we will be closed on Wednesday, June 19 in recognition of Juneteenth and Thursday, July 4 in recognition of Independence Day)
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
2023 – 2024 school year
Daily following the Jacksonville City School calendar
After School Daily / Package Rates:
Daily Fee: $10 per day / $7 each additional child in same family
or
Five Day package: $40 per child / $25 each additional child in same family ($8 per day)
or
Ten Day Package: $70 per child / $45 each additional child in same family ($7 per day)
or
Twenty Day Package: $120 per child / $80 each add. child in same family ($6 per day)
or
Thirty Day Package: $150 per child / $105 each add. child in same family ($5 per day)
Semester Packages:
1st semester (83 days) = $332 per child / $249 each additional child ($4 per day)
2nd semester (92 days) = $368 per child / $276 each additional child ( $4 per day)
ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR:
***175 days = $525 per child / $435 each additional child ($3 per day)***
***PAYMENTS ARE DUE PRIOR TO THE CHILD ATTENDING THE PROGRAM***
***All package fees are non-refundable***
****purchase of the semester package days may not roll over to the next semester****
Program held at the Jacksonville Community Center
Notes:
*The program will be offered only the days that school is in session.
*In the event that school is dismissed early, program will still continue for that day (weather permitting).
*Children will be transported to the Community Center by JCS bus.
*Payments are due prior to the child attending the program.
*Program ends at 5:30pm daily.
*Photo ID required to pick up child from program.
*Affordable snacks will be available for purchase.
*Package days do not have to be consecutive days.
*First half of program = snack and homework time.
*Second half of program = organized/free play.
