Jacksonville Community Center Rentals

Rooms at the Jacksonville Community Center are available for rental for private functions at the following rates:

*Set up of table and chairs included in rental fees.
*An additional fee is required if event hours are before or after regular operating hours.
*Extra equipment is available upon request: PA System $25.00 per use, Stage $100.00 per use, and Dance floor $100.00 per use.
*Only persons age 21 or older may rent the facility.
*All rental requests must be made in the Parks and Recreation Department Office (located inside the Jacksonville Community Center)  during office hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm).

Train Depot Rentals

$300.00 per use (for 6 hours) Mon-Fri during regular business hours (7am-5pm)
$350.00 per use (for 6 hrs) Weekends and after normal business hours
*Additional hours are $50.00 per hour after the first 6 hours
*Hourly rate is $75.00 per hour Mon-Fri (7am-5pm) and $100.00 per hour on weekends and after normal business hours

Extra equipment available for rent
TV $15.00 per use
PA  $25.00 per use

*Only persons 21 or older may rent the facility
*All rentals include the set up of the tables and chairs

Field Rentals

Germania Springs ball fields, Henry Farm Park ball fields, and Frog Town Soccer complex/field are available to rent.
