The office is open Monday through Friday (8:00 to 4:30). We offer an after hours drop box for payments that is located outside the front door. You can also pay online at jaxwaterworks.com. For all after hour emergencies, call the Jacksonville Emergency Dispatch at (256) 435-6448.
