Instructions for how to use the site are listed below. There is a small fee that is charged by our service provider and not by Jacksonville Water Works for using the online bill pay option. BANK DRAFT is also available. You would need to complete an enrollment card and attach a voided check. The drafts occur on the 10th of each month. You still receive a bill on the 1st of each month so you will know how much will be drafted. You can pay after hours in the NIGHT DROP beside the drive-thru window.
