Turning Services On

We require someone to be at home when we turn water service on.  This ensures that water does not run inside without someone being home to turn it off.  We are not responsible for any damage inside the home if water runs unattended. We do not light any pilot lights when natural gas is turned on.  If you cannot light your pilot lights that, you will need to make proper arrangements.  A professional plumber can light your pilot lights at your expense if you do not have an alternative.  Someone must be present inside the home when we turn on gas service.
