Business development grant
The Jacksonville Commercial Development Authority offers its Business Development Grant to encourage entrepreneurship, investment and business success in the City of Jacksonville. Owners and tenants can receive up to $5,000 toward the development and improvement of their business, whether it’s new, expanding or transitioning to a new location.
Facade improvement grant
Commercial properties in the Public Square Overlay District are eligible for a $2,500 grant to develop the face of their buildings, with an additional $2,500 available if matched by the property owner, for a total of $5,000.
