LEAK ADJUSTMENTS
If you have a water leak that causes your bill to be excessive, you may qualify for a leak adjustment.
Complete the form below. Attach any receipts from the repairs and submit it to our office for review within 30 days of repairs being performed.
Your water usage must be triple your seasonal average from the prior year to qualify.
The maximum adjustment is 1/3 of your water charges but will not be reduced below $50.
Even if you don’t qualify for an adjustment to your water charges, we may be able to adjust your sewer charges.

POOL FILLING ADJUSTMENTS
We now offer a ONE time sewer adjustment to our customers who have to drain and refill a pool completely for repair or install a new pool. Customers who have separate sprinkler/irrigation meters are not eligible. To see if you qualify, please complete the form below and return to the water office within 30 days of the pool being filled.
